The service and these terms

These terms govern VPNKA at vpnka.xyz and the customer portal at dash.vpnka.xyz
The service is provided by the VPNKA administration

VPNKA provides access to a VPN connection for the paid period within the selected plan
A VPN creates an encrypted connection between a compatible device and a VPN server for lawful everyday internet use

You need your own internet connection and a compatible device
Internet provider charges, equipment and third-party subscriptions are not included in the VPNKA price

Accounts and getting started

A customer portal account is required to purchase a subscription
Review these terms, the privacy policy and your selected plan before registering or paying

Provide accurate information and keep your password and connection credentials secure
Your selected plan determines the device allowance, duration, traffic allowance and other conditions

Access and setup instructions are provided through your account after payment confirmation
Check the subscription’s expiry in the portal; if payment succeeded but access is missing, contact support

Plans, payments and renewals

Current prices are loaded from the customer portal on the plans page
Each card shows the full price for the selected period and its currency, rather than a monthly equivalent of a longer subscription

Before confirming payment, check the plan, duration, final amount, currency and payment conditions
If the checkout amount differs from what you expected, ask support before paying

Available payment methods are determined by the checkout form
Publishing these terms does not mean that a particular payment method is already available

Renewal conditions and any recurring charge must be disclosed before activation
Recurring charges require separate consent; cancellation steps depend on the payment method you enable

Price changes apply to new orders and renewals
They must not retroactively worsen the conditions of an already paid period

Acceptable use

Use VPNKA in accordance with applicable law and the rules of services you use
Fraud, spam, malware, infrastructure attacks, unauthorised use of accounts and infringement of third-party rights are prohibited

The administration may suspend an affected connection while investigating abuse or a security threat
Contact support about reinstatement and billing; mandatory customer rights remain unaffected

Connection quality and support

Actual speed and latency depend on your device, local network, internet provider, load and distance to the VPN server
The service does not promise identical speed on every network, absolute anonymity or freedom from technical faults

If you experience a problem, send support your device details, network type, time and error description
The administration reviews requests and assists with setup within the service’s capabilities

These terms do not remove obligations concerning the quality of paid services or liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded

Cancellation and refunds

To cancel renewal, discontinue the service, investigate an incorrect charge or request a refund, open a support ticket
Include your account, payment date, amount, transaction identifier and reason; do not include full payment credentials or passwords

If confirmed payment did not provide access, was recorded twice or the service was not properly provided, the administration investigates and addresses restoration, an adjustment or a refund as appropriate

You may withdraw from the service as provided by applicable law
Refund calculations take account of applicable rules, the service already provided and any deductions that are legally permitted and supported by evidence

Refunds use the original payment method where technically possible unless another lawful procedure is required
The time until funds reach you depends on the payment provider and bank

Contacting support can help resolve a problem sooner, but does not remove your right to contact your bank, payment provider or a competent authority
These terms impose no blanket ban on refunds and do not shorten mandatory claim periods

Documents, updates and contact

Service materials and software remain subject to their owners’ rights
A subscription grants use of the VPN connection under the selected plan, not a right to redistribute the software as your own product

The current terms are published here with a revision date
New terms do not cancel rights under already paid orders or mandatory customer rights
